What are your office hours?

Our staff is available to assist you via phone, text or email from 08:00AM to 06:00PM on weekdays and 09:00AM to 06:00PM on weekends.

How do I know how much storage space I will need?

Our units range in size from 5x10 mini storage units, each fitting the contents of a small bedroom, to 20x30, which is big enough to fit the contents of a multi-bedroom house. 

Our Rent Storage page includes details on what each unit can accommodate. Of course, we can also assist you to ensure you maximize the storage you're paying for.

Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

No, we only rent on a month-to-month basis.

What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?

We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport).

How do I make a payment?

You can pay online using our payment portal, over the phone, or you can set up auto pay.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all Credit and Debit Cards.

Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

Do I need to bring a lock?

No, we provide a lock free of charge.

What is the process for renting a storage unit?

The process is simple! 
  1. Visit our website and click Rent Storage to view all available storage units. 
  2. Select your unit size and click Rent Now. You'll be prompted to provide your personal and payment information. You will also be asked to answer a few questions so that we can better serve you. 
  3. Once your payment has been processed, you'll be able to access your unit immediately.

What do I do when I no longer need the storage unit?

We require a 10-day written notice, in the form of email, for documentation. Please send an email to info@storagepagosa.com including your unit number, intended date of move out, and pictures of the empty unit to expedite the move out process.
